Coronavirus Statement Update

Like all businesses, we at PDF BUTLER are concerned about the recent Covid-19 outbreak.
After the announcement done by our Belgium government, we immediately decided to follow that advice closely and are primarily focused on ensuring the safety of our staff, customers, and partners.

The company has a business continuity plan in the event of any significant disruption and will endeavor to keep normal levels of service if a period of quarantine is imposed by the government.

One of the great advantages of being a SaaS company is that our business is designed to ensure business continuity in situations such as this. All of our production datacentres are operated in a “lights out” fashion, which allows us to manage everything remotely. Regardless of the level of travel restrictions or the social impact COVID-19 may have, PDF Butler, is fully prepared and equipped to support all of our solutions, partners, and customers. We are confident in our preparation and contingency planning for situations like this and remain committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers expect from PDF Butler.
