Since Sign Butler V2 was released for the first time, all the signers must scroll until the end of the document to give their consent through the checkbox above the sign button. However, this behavior was not optimal for some of our customers, because it was not compatible with all the use cases. That is why we decided to expand the supported behaviors to 3, and now you can choose which one you want for your Sign Request.
First of all, you need to go to the Sign Request template. On the first page of options, you have to scroll down until “Signing page options”, immediately you will find Signing Page Behavior with three possible options:
Default, Flexible, and Simplified.
- The Default Behavior: The user needs to scroll to the bottom of the screen, and then he has to click the checkbox and sign the Document.
    2. The Flexible Behavior: The user can click the checkbox on any page of the document and sign it.
    3. The Simplified Behavior: There is no checkbox on the Signing Page to click; we will show a disclaimer above the sign document button to the signer.
NOTE: All the Sign Request Templates generated in previous versions will adopt the Default behavior automatically.
