When selecting Initials to be added to your PDF (for sign-off on specific places) it is possible to add the places for sign-off via PDF Butler.

Use the INITIAL_PLACEHOLDER ConfigType. It works mostly as the SIGN_PLACEHOLDER ConfigType.
