Before using PDF Butler, Andy’s team faced many problems with their manual document system. They had a series of separate templates for each partner and each type of document. They were not interchangeable and were manually edited, converted into PDFs, and emailed to applicants… “It was a painful manual process with human errors, version control issues, and challenges with volume during peak times.” said Andy. 

The team found it difficult to manage the high volume of documents during peak times. These challenges not only slowed down their operations but also added unnecessary complexity and stress to their workflow. 

How did you first hear about PDF Butler?
