FAQ – How to Register FORM Butler #

FORM Butler is an add-on product for PDF Butler. Before registering FORM Butler, make sure that PDF Butler is already installed and properly configured in your Salesforce org.

You must also have received your PDF Butler registration email containing your credentials.

Prerequisites #

Before starting, verify the following:

• PDF Butler is installed
• PDF Butler registration is complete
• You have received your:
  • PDF Butler username
  • Admin password
• You have access to the Salesforce org where FORM Butler will be installed

Request the Installation Link #

FORM Butler installation access must be requested from the PDF Butler Support Team.

and request the FORM Butler installation link.

Install and Set Up FORM Butler #

Register FORM Butler #

1. In Salesforce, open the App Launcher.
2. Search for and open the FORM Butler app.
3. Navigate to the FORM Butler Admin page.
   
4. Enter your:
   • PDF Butler Username
   • PDF Butler Admin Password
5. Click Check Credentials.
   
6. Click Allow Access when prompted.
   
7. Verify that a success message is displayed.
   

After successful registration FORM Butler will be connected to your PDF Butler account
