FAQ – How to Register SIGN Butler #
Before registering SIGN Butler, ensure that PDF Butler is already installed and properly configured in your Salesforce org.
You must also have received the PDF Butler registration email containing your credentials.
Prerequisites #
Before starting, verify the following:
- PDF Butler is installed
- PDF Butler registration is complete
- You have received your:
- PDF Butler username
- Admin password
Install and Set Up SIGN Butler #
Follow the official SIGN Butler installation and setup guide:

Register SIGN Butler #
- Open the App Launcher in Salesforce.
- Search for and open the SIGN Butler app.
- Navigate to the Admin page.
- Enter your:
- PDF Butler Username
- PDF Butler Admin Password
- Click Check Credentials.
- Click Allow Access when prompted.
- Verify that a success message is displayed.
After successful registration SIGN Butler will be connected to your PDF Butler account
