You received an email with an error. This email is very important and action by the Admin is immediately required.

When the registration is done for any of our Apps, an OAuth security bridge is setup linked to the specific Salesforce User that did the registration. That also means that if this User is no longer active or this User was blocked by Salesforce (eg by suspicious login). The bridge will be blocked as well and the services listed below will be blocked for end-user (eg end-user cannot open the signing page anymore).
The email you receive will contain following information:
Org Id: Unique Id of the Org that has the problem
Org Url: Url with domain to the Org that has the problem:
Sandbox: true or false to indicatie if this is a Sandbox or the PROD Org
